I already incorporate most of these in my diet, but I keep forgetting to buy turkey and almonds. Dammit. I should probably buy some regular soy milk too instead of just chocolate.

i lost 2lbs :) now i weigh 112.8. my goal is 100
i weigh .4lbs more than i did yesterday.. how did this happen? i obviously need to work harder.. maybe only 500 cals a day
oatmeal: 160 calories
1 nature valley bar: 95 calories
so far today i have had:
1 spring roll: 200 calories
popcorn: 100 - 150 calories
1/2 package of pita chips w/ hummus: 100 calories
i’m going to work out:
1:2 minutes HIIT / 15 minutes, hopefully longer
30:30 seconds HIIT / 10 minutes
15:45 HIIT / 10 minutes
then i will have another spring roll and be done for the day
