so far today i have had:
1 spring roll: 200 calories
popcorn: 100 - 150 calories
1/2 package of pita chips w/ hummus: 100 calories
i’m going to work out:
1:2 minutes HIIT / 15 minutes, hopefully longer
30:30 seconds HIIT / 10 minutes
15:45 HIIT / 10 minutes
then i will have another spring roll and be done for the day
